This 2 color screen print will drop this Thursday the 5th in my site's store.
The print was inspired by two examples of a perceived pure society. One being the idolized pop culture figures and icons of a pre Vietnam America that seem to always be happy and content. The other being the memories of my childhood in which my surroundings remained innocent before aging and learning of the corruption of the world.

This is the New Year's Eve poster I did for the Split Lip Rayfield, Dumptruck Buttlerlips, and Ashes to Immortality show at the Bottleneck. It was a killer show and a great time. Check back for the leftovers going on sale. The poster was printed by Pride of Gumbo.

This is a logo design for a Horror Comic Anthology that Bill Hook and I are putting together. It's going to feature a number a talented artists and writers and I'm really excited about the whole project.
86'd - To get rid of, originally for killing someone. The phrase "80 miles out and 6 feet under" was reserved for someone who had to dig their own grave 80 miles from civilization and then get shot execution-style. All terms for 86'd originated from this, be it alcohol or eliminating.
Below are a few sketches I've done for the host characters of the anthology: Deacon and D.B. Duke.

Check out the blog: http://86dstudios.blogspot.com/ to stay current on how the project is coming along.

They've got a date and a venue for "The Machines Are Winning"! (The Sidney Lumet Tribute Show I'm a part of). The show will be opening on Friday, September 9th at 7pm at The Laundry on Lawrence in Denver, CO. This is the poster that Jay Shaw did for the show: All of the prints from the show can be purchased here.
